Yoga and Mindfulness helps to improve focus and self-awareness. In these classes you will practice Hatha Yoga which involves exploration of breath, postures and meditation.
These classes have a particular focus on learning skills to reduce stress and anxiety. Great to do before dinner to set you up for the evening ahead.
This wonderful, inclusive class with Lynette is suitable for all levels. Children over 12 are welcome to book in with a parent.
