Whether you’re completely new to writing or returning after a break, you’ll be gently guided through practical techniques to help you build a rewarding journaling practice.
Through engaging virtual sessions and supportive discussions, you’ll learn how regular writing can reduce stress, boost your mood, and bring insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Journaling can help you set and track personal goals, better understand yourself, and navigate life’s ups and downs with more ease.
