Pilates is the perfect way to set up the foundations to focus on optimal technique and movement patterns. It builds up core strength, promotes better posture, muscle control and works on your flexibility within the body.

This class will focus on all of these key areas of the practice whilst also learning how to connect with your breath for a total mind, body and spirit experience. No prior experience is needed as our trainer offers modifications during the class to meet all student's abilities and needs. The class will focus on the whole body wellness, healing through movement modalities and mind-body-spirit connectivity.
